Sales Representative – Construction Technology (Multiple Territories)

Location: Remote / Field-Based

Bluelight Machines is transforming construction with autonomous technology that improves safety, efficiency, and productivity on real jobsites. With over 1 billion autonomous square feet of compaction completed, we’re expanding rapidly and hiring Sales Representatives to grow new and existing territories.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business through equipment sales and rental deployments
• Build relationships with contractors and construction decision-makers
• Present and demonstrate Bluelight technology and its ROI
• Manage your territory, pipeline, and sales process independently
• Travel within your territory (2–4 nights per week)

What We’re Looking For

• Sales or rental experience in the construction industry required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a “hunter” mindset
• Comfortable working in a remote, field-based role
