Sales Representative – Construction Technology (Multiple Territories)

Location: Remote / Field-Based

Bluelight Machines is transforming construction with autonomous technology that improves safety, efficiency, and productivity on real jobsites. With over 1.6 billion autonomous square feet of compaction completed, we’re expanding rapidly and hiring Sales Representatives to grow new and existing territories.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business through equipment sales and rental deployments
• Build relationships with contractors and construction decision-makers
• Present and demonstrate Bluelight technology and its ROI
• Manage your territory, pipeline, and sales process independently
• Travel within your territory (2–4 nights per week)

What We’re Looking For

• Sales or rental experience in the construction industry required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a “hunter” mindset
• Comfortable working in a remote, field-based role
